We understand mistakes happen so at Steigen we are more than happy to exchange products due to incorrect fit or change of mind provided that the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
If you are not happy with your new Steigen product, we will consider refunding or exchanging the item(s) provided the item has not been damaged.
*For hygiene purposes, please ensure that items such as briefs and crop tops are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 14days after purchase, can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged.”
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the return address.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com for details on where to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All customs duties and taxes are for the receivers account and are not calculated into shipping costs.
Blister Free Guarantee
At Steigen, we offer a Blister Free Guarantee on our socks. This means that if you get a blister running, walking or riding, we will support you with a refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with more information if required.
